/ Projects — Industrial & Residential
Scale shifts. Structural clarity stays.
From residential buildings to large-scale industrial structures, every project begins the same way — constraints first, engineered solutions built for execution.

Work across typologies.
Detail photography, documents joints, connections, and structural transitions — the decisions that make each structure buildable.
Tasra Coal Washery
Heavy Industrial Structures
Constraint: A 3.5 MTPA coking coal washery within the active Jharia Coalfield required structural vetting of heavy industrial facilities, demanding strict compliance with design codes, high-load capacity performance, and suitability for continuous industrial operations under demanding site conditions.
Structural Logic: Structural systems were reviewed and verified for adequacy under heavy industrial loading, with a focus on safe load transfer, robustness, and operational durability. Design solutions were refined to improve efficiency and constructability while ensuring full code compliance. The final approach ensured reliable structural performance aligned with the demands of large-scale industrial processing facilities.
Forest-based Heavy Industry
Tuli Paper Mill, Nagaland
Constraint: An aging industrial facility (formerly NPPCL), non-operational since 1992, required a comprehensive assessment of existing structural conditions, with concerns around deterioration, reduced capacity, and long-term serviceability under unknown material degradation.
Structural Logic: A detailed structural condition assessment was carried out to evaluate distress areas, material degradation, and residual load-carrying capacity. The system was analyzed for safety and serviceability performance, leading to targeted strengthening recommendations and long-term stability measures to restore structural reliability and ensure continued safe use.
Oil & Gas / Industrial Terminal Facilities.
Tank Intake Structure, BPCL
Constraint: RCC underground petroleum containment tanks required safe structural performance under high soil pressure, hydrostatic uplift, and complex load combinations, along with strict requirements for watertightness, crack control, and durability in aggressive chemical exposure conditions.
Structural Logic:
The system was designed using detailed analysis of soil-structure interaction and uplift forces, ensuring balanced load resistance and structural stability. Reinforced concrete detailing was optimized for crack control, watertight integrity, and long-term serviceability. Access openings were integrated without compromising structural performance, ensuring safe, durable, and maintenance-ready operation throughout the facility’s service life.

Load paths documented, every decision shown
Residential work is not smaller engineering — it carries tighter material tolerances, exposed connections, and occupant-facing finishes where every sizing decision is visible.
Industrial frames carry honest loads — crane rails, mezzanine live loads, seismic drift. Our drawings show the load path, not just the result, so the reasoning is always on record.
Bring the structure. We handle the load path.
Whether the scope is a residential addition or a multi-bay industrial facility, the desk is open. Describe the project and we will tell you what the structure needs.
